Solar Lights Lahore Kasur Carriageway Tender Notice
Description
Installation of solar lights on Lahore-Kasur Main Carriageway from the roundabout to DHQ Hospital, with estimated cost of Rs. 22,554,000 and earnest money of Rs. 1,127,700 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Eligible firms or contractors must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Procurement System under Single Stage-One Envelope Open Competitive Bidding and least-cost evaluation. Bids must be uploaded as a PDF by 24 September 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. A scanned CDR equal to 5% of estimated cost must be submitted online through the prescribed banking mechanism and verified electronically. The lowest bidder must furnish a 5% performance guarantee.
