Description
Provision of venue and catering services and related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Bahawalpur Division under a framework contract for financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers 450 marriages involving 9,900 persons, at an estimated rate of Rs. 3,200 per unit, event or person, with total estimated cost of Rs. 31,680,000 including applicable taxes and bid security of Rs. 633,600 equal to 2% of total estimated cost. Eligible firms or companies must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure. The complete electronic bid must be submitted online by 26 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM on the same date.
