Certification Of Integrated Management System Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of an accredited certification body or firm for certification of an Integrated Management System (IMS), with estimated cost of Rs. 4.8 million and bid security of Rs. 96,000 equal to 2% of estimated cost. Bids are invited only from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, while joint venture or consortium participation is not allowed. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Procurement will be conducted exclusively through Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically with the required documents and specified digital bid security. Incomplete, conditional bids or bids without required bid security will be rejected.
