Framework Contract Office Lab Management Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of office and lab management items for the Health and Population Department. The procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms are invited to submit separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped in conformity with the bidding documents. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 23 September 2026 at 11:00 A.M. and bids will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same date. Manual bids, proposals or applications in hardcopy will not be entertained. Bidders are required to register on the Punjab E-Procurement System and are advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline.
