Description
Procurement and installation of solar energy systems for government high and higher secondary schools and GCEEs including supply of solar panels inverters batteries mounting structures wiring and complete electrification setup under PSDP package to ensure sustainable power solutions across institutions with bidding conducted through open competitive method using single stage two envelope procedure including electronic submission through EPPS eligibility based technical evaluation followed by financial evaluation package wise with bid security of two percent of estimated cost in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call performance security of ten percent of contract value through acceptable financial instruments and bid validity of ninety days
