Procurement Four Ton Air Conditioners Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Air Conditioners of 4 Ton capacity for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore, with estimated cost of PKR 1,243,733 and fixed bid security of PKR 24,875 equal to 2% of estimated cost. E-bids are invited from vendors or firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments or authorities. The Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure of PPRA 2014 shall apply. Interested eligible bidders may download bidding documents free of cost containing detailed specifications from the procuring institution website and the stated procurement websites. Bids must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System by 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with no hard copies required, and bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid security shall be paid through PSID and directly submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System, with no physical bid security required. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14 September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room at PKLI.
