Procurement Of Profile Workstations For Pbte Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of profile workstations for Punjab Board of Technical Education through supply, delivery, installation and placement under a framework contract based on the whole package, with estimated cost of Rs. 5,400,000 and 5% bid security of Rs. 270,000. Encrypted electronic bids are invited under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure from well-reputed bidders having valid and active GST and NTN. Tender documents are available free of cost from Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA and PBTE websites. Completed bids conforming to the bidding documents must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and e-bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as prescribed under applicable PPRA rules, regulations and directions. Bidders are responsible for uploading their e-bids before the submission deadline, and in case of an official holiday on the submission or opening date, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The procuring authority may reject bids or proposals before acceptance under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
