Venue Catering Services Collective Marriages Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of firm or firms for provision of venue and catering services and related services for collective marriage ceremonies covering 500 marriages and 11,000 persons on framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27, at an estimated total cost of Rs. 35,200,000 including applicable taxes, with bid security of Rs. 704,000 equal to 2% of the total estimated cost. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System and physical documents will not be accepted. Bid security shall be deposited electronically and successful bidders shall submit performance security through the prescribed electronic method.
