Hi Tea And Lunch Services For University Convocation Tender Notice
Description
Supply of Hi-Tea and Lunch along with logistic arrangements for the university convocation at Convention Centre, Islamabad, through separate annexures comprising Hi-Tea Arrangement with estimated cost of Rs. 522,000 and 5% bid security of Rs. 26,100, and Lunch Arrangement with estimated cost of Rs. 3,480,000 and 5% bid security of Rs. 174,000. Economically sound and experienced firms or companies registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax and having active tax filer status are eligible. Bids shall be submitted annexure-wise under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be transferred online through the prescribed e-Procurement system in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Prices shall be quoted in Pak Rupees with GST separately where applicable and offers shall remain valid for 90 days, extendable for another 30 days. Technically compliant and lowest evaluated bids shall be accepted under the stated evaluation procedure.
