Stationery Items Re Tender Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of stationery items on re-tender basis for financial year 2026-27. The estimated price is mentioned in the bidding documents and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement will be made through electronic means under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes must be uploaded online through the E-Procurement System in complete conformity with the bidding documents. Bidders must submit the prescribed bid security and successful bidders must furnish a 5% performance guarantee. All federal and provincial taxes shall be applicable and rates must include applicable taxes.
