Venue Catering Services Collective Marriages Tender Notice

Hiring of firm or firms for provision of venue and catering services and related services for collective marriage ceremonies at Lahore on framework contract basis for financial year 2026-27, covering 550 marriages and 12,100 persons at a per person or event rate of Rs. 3,200, with total estimated cost of Rs. 38,720,000 including applicable taxes and bid security of Rs. 774,400 equal to 2% of total estimated cost. Eligible firms or companies must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete electronic bids must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System by 23 September 2026 at 10:00 A.M. and bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M. Bid security shall be submitted electronically and no physical financial instrument will be accepted.
