Group Health Insurance Opd Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Group Health Insurance with OPD for the Punjab Transport Company, with bids invited from insurance companies or groups of companies having at least AA rating by PACRA or JCR-VIS and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab E-Procurement System by 24 September 2026 at 03:00 PM and will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same date. The bid security is Rs. 1,000,000, payable digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options against a PSID generated through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with least-cost method shall be adopted. The insurance coverage will commence from 16 October 2026 until 15 October 2027, with an initial contract period of one year subject to possible extension on satisfactory performance and mutual consent. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
