Medicines Surgical Disposables Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items on day-to-day or subsequent program basis for financial year 2026-27, with estimated cost of Rs. 4.5 million and bid security of 2% of estimated cost. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers and well-reputed firms registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System with sound relevant experience and registration with relevant authorities and tax departments. Package 1 requires bidding based on maximum discount from the manufacturer retail price fixed by DRAP for local manufacturers, multinational manufacturers and surgical or disposable items. Bidding shall follow Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Original bid security must be submitted along with its uploaded soft copy.
