Beautification Green Belts Center Medians Faisalabad Tender Notice
Description
Beautification of civil works at different green belts, center medians and roundabouts of Faisalabad city, with estimated cost of Rs. 4,850,278, earnest money of Rs. 242,514 equal to 5% of estimated cost, and a time limit of three months. The technical sanction reference is DIR(ENGG)/3492/HA-26 dated 08 September 2026. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 and eligible categories may participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must electronically upload rates for each item and the total bid by 26 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with rates announced at 10:30 AM on the same date. Bid security of 5% must be submitted electronically and physical CDRs, Pay Orders or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. The successful bidder must submit a 10% electronic performance guarantee within 15 days. Ornamental works and sculptures must be procured from approved sources under Engineer In-Charge supervision.
