Procurement covers restoration of road cuts for laying Optical Fiber by Nayatel from Session Chowk to Railway Bridge, length 0.75 Km, Tehsil and District Attock, with estimated bid cost of 3.993 million and earnest money of 0.200 million; restoration of road cut for laying 6 inch diameter x 1.50 Km operational phase from proposed TBS Muhammad Ali Chowk to opposite PSO Pump Jand Islamabad, Tehsil Jand, District Attock, with estimated bid cost of 4.922 million and earnest money of 0.246 million; and special repair of road from Kot Chajji to Namal, Tehsil Jand, District Attock, with estimated bid cost of 2.971 million and earnest money of 0.149 million. Contractors or firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and codes and registered on Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System may participate. Bid security equal to 05% of estimated cost shall be submitted digitally through Punjab E-Procurement System, while physical securities are not accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount within 15 days of receipt of offer letter. Item rates must be quoted against each item and percentage-based rates will not be accepted. Bids shall be uploaded electronically and the Tender Opening Committee will retrieve bids and announce the successful bidder on 29-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. TST/DST/Surfacing shall be executed by mechanized system, no price variation is admissible, and contractors' claims shall be submitted electronically.
