Hiring of transport services to provide pick and drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School Boys, Muzaffargarh, for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28 through identified route arrangements including Basti Chaman / Tibi Chowk, Fatima Mill / Dasti Wala, Sherwani Chowk / Bihari Coloney, Bhutta Pur Fly Over / Murad Abad, Basti Gujja / Doabaa, Khanpur / Imperial Mill, Thatha Sial / Pull Dari, Piplian Wala / Treda and Goddar Chowk / Baso Wala. The estimated 2% bid security is Rs. 2,187,888. Tax-registered firms or companies registered on Punjab e-Procurement System are eligible. Vehicles manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later are acceptable, subject to the stated refurbishment certification requirements. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure shall be followed, with separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically. A pre-bid meeting will be held ten days before opening of technical bids to clarify use of the online procurement system. Technical bids will open on 24.09.2026 at 11:30 A.M. and financial bids on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 A.M. Bidders must obtain 70% marks for technical qualification, rates must include applicable government taxes, and the successful bidder shall provide a 5% performance guarantee.
