Procurement Of Dice And Student Chairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dice and student chairs for the University of Gujrat on a lot-wise basis. Lot 1 covers dice with an estimated cost of PKR 1,250,000 and bid security of PKR 25,000. Lot 2 covers student chairs with an estimated cost of PKR 22,000,000 and bid security of PKR 440,000. Eligible reputable firms must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax, provincial sales tax and general sales tax, maintain an active taxpayer profile and possess adequate experience. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical financial instruments including CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees are not accepted. Complete bids must be uploaded online. The university reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
