Supply Commissioning On Grid Solar Energy System Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation and commissioning of a 500 KWP on-grid solar energy system. The system has a completion period of 04 months. Bids are invited through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-4 or above with valid specialization codes EE-04, EE-06, EE-11 and CE-10, registered with KPRA, have valid and updated FBR STRN and NTN registration, SECP registration, ISO-9001:2015 Quality Management Certificate, Alternative Energy Development Board registration and an Electrical License from Electrical Inspectorate Energy and Power KPK. Bidding documents are available for download against a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000/-. Bidders must have adequate financial soundness, similar work experience and personnel capabilities. Technical and financial proposals must also be submitted in hard copy in sealed envelopes, while the bid security of 2% of total bid cost must be submitted in favor of the Treasurer and its soft copy attached with the electronic bid. Incomplete, overwritten, conditional or late bids are non-responsive. Proposals must comply with applicable taxes and KPPRA requirements.
