Works under Karak Area Development Project KADP fund for 2025-26 including solarization of Masjid and Madrassa at Tehsil Karak - installation and solarization of pressure pumps at Tehsil Karak - installation of solarized pressure pumps, existing pressure pumps and hand pumps at various locations in PK-97 on a need basis - installation of solarized pressure pumps, existing pressure pumps and hand pumps at various locations in PK-97 Karak on a need basis package-01 - installation of solarized pressure pumps, existing pressure pumps and hand pumps at various locations in PK-97 Karak on a need basis package-02 - construction of streets at various Union Councils in PK-97 Karak on a need basis package-03. Single Stage Single Envelope procedure applies through electronic bids via EPADS. Eligible government contractors must have valid PEC C-6 or above FY-2026-27, Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar enlistment, Provincial Government Works Department enlistment, FBR Active Taxpayer status, KPRA registration 2026-27 and CNIC. Bid security is 2% of estimated cost, with scheme-wise amounts from Rs.100,000/- to Rs.400,000/-. A documentation fee of 0.03% of estimated cost is required for each scheme. Electronic submission through EPADS and physical hard copy are required, while original CDR bid security must be submitted by opening time. Additional security requirements apply to bids below the engineer estimate, including bids more than 10% and more than 20% below estimate. Solar projects require contractors with the specified solar code and approved or registered solar material. Work orders are subject to release and availability of funds.
