Vehicle Repair Stationery And Miscellaneous Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Provision of vehicle and motorcycle repair services, genuine vehicle spare parts, office stationery and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. Separate sealed tenders are required for the procurement categories. Tender documents and lists of vehicle parts, stationery items and miscellaneous items may be obtained from the Accounts Section during office hours. A refundable 5% bid security in the form of a Bank Draft in favour of Election Commission Gilgit-Baltistan must accompany the tender. All vehicle spare parts must be genuine. Participating firms must be financially stable and have their own shops for spare parts, stationery and miscellaneous goods in Gilgit city. Incomplete or ambiguous tenders will not be accepted. If vehicles are not repaired after approval and issuance of work order, the full bid security may be confiscated. Quoted rates shall remain valid for the financial year 2026-27 without subsequent changes, while quantities may be increased or decreased. The committee may reject tenders offering unreasonable rates. Bids must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM in the presence of tenderers.
