Improvement Of Water Distribution Lines In Skardu Tender Notice
Description
Improvement, extension and strengthening of distribution water lines at various locations in Skardu Town, including a separate water supply line for Lower Complex to Eid Gah Colony, Elementary College, Sundus, Radio Pakistan Chowk, Tufail Colony and Brolmo Colony (Phase-I). The estimated cost is Rs. 29,526,916/- with 2% earnest money of Rs. 591,000/- and tender form cost of Rs. 10,000/-. The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under GBPPRA Rule 39(a). Eligible experienced contractors, firms and joint ventures must possess valid PEC registration for CFY 2026-27, relevant PEC category and code, CNIC, enlistment with the procuring agency, renewal receipt, and affidavit regarding no litigation and no blacklisting. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit issued by a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer is required. Conditional, late, overwritten, false or misleading bids may be rejected. Joint ventures must provide the required power of attorney, partnership deed and JV agreement. A 10% performance guarantee is required from a scheduled bank or insurance company having AA rating. Bids below 15% of the technically sanctioned cost require an additional performance guarantee as specified, while rates more than 25% below rate on any specific item are not allowed. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM.
