Printing And Supply Of Examination Materials Tender Notice
Description
Printing and publication of examination materials including question papers, answer scripts, award lists and miscellaneous items, including packing and delivery charges, for the financial year 2026-27 ending 30 June 2027. Only registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors having a printing press and warehouse in Skardu may participate. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be used, with technical and financial proposals submitted separately within one sealed package. Prices must be quoted separately for individual items and decided on a lot basis, inclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges. A 2% bid value Call Deposit issued by a Scheduled Bank or KCBL GB is required, while successful bidders must submit 10% performance security within 10 days after bid opening. Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming they have not been blacklisted. Bidding documents may be obtained from the Deputy Director Education Skardu office on 22 September 2026 against the prescribed fee. Bids will be opened on 23 September 2026 at 11:30 AM.
