Description
Printing and publication of question papers and answer scripts for upcoming examinations, including all related printing, packing and delivery. The procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, with one sealed package containing separate sealed Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal envelopes. Eligible registered firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors must be registered through Form-C or SECP and with Income Tax and GST, and must be a sole proprietor or joint venture having their own complete printing press, shop, store or warehouse with adequate supplies in Ghizer. Partial and conditional bids will be rejected. Samples of paper and envelopes must accompany the bid, prices must include applicable taxes and delivery charges, and the Procurement Committee may physically inspect the bidder's printing press, shop, store or warehouse. A 2% bid value Call Deposit issued by a Scheduled Bank or KCBL GB is required, and successful bidders must submit 10% performance security within 10 days after bid opening. An affidavit on Rs.50/- legal stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting is mandatory. Bidding documents are available from 16 September 2026 against the prescribed fee, and the last date for submission is 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:30 AM.
