Procurement Of Examination Printing Material And Envelopes Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of different kinds of envelopes and other printing material for examinations 2027 through two lots. Lot 01 covers different printing material and files including graph papers, drawing sheets, practical examiner files, superintendent files and file covers, with total estimated cost of Rs. 4,422,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 221,100. Lot 02 covers different envelopes including khaki and white envelopes for confidential press, practical confidential envelopes, envelopes for computerized answer sheets, award lists and counter files, simple cloth envelopes, certificate-size envelopes, and khaki and white langote-style envelopes for question papers and practical use, with total estimated cost of Rs. 25,160,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 1,258,000. Bids are invited from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Participation through Punjab e-Procurement System is compulsory and technical and financial bids must be submitted online; hard copies are not accepted. The notice states that the last date for submission is 26-09-26 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid rates shall remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline and rates will be evaluated and compared lot-wise. Bid security of 5% shall be submitted or transferred online through Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab. Rates must be quoted inclusive of all taxes on F.O.R. basis.
