Repair Heavy Light Transport Tender Notice
Description
Repair of heavy and light transport for the Assistant Director GBDMA office or other required location during financial year 2026-27. The tender has a call deposit requirement of 200,000 and tender form cost of 6000. Eligible government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors may participate and must have a complete setup including their own shop, store or workshop with documentary evidence, as well as adequate supply or stock in Gilgit. Separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals must be submitted. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank, mentioning the firm name and title, must accompany the sealed Financial Proposal. The tender rate list must be computerized and handwritten rate lists are not accepted. The tender NIT fee must be deposited in the Treasury Office Gilgit and the original deposit slip attached with the Technical Proposal. The bid closing date is 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opening is at 11:30 AM.
