Procurement of chemicals for a Tissue Culture Laboratory under the development project Establishment of Tissue Culture Lab to Multiply Potato Seed, Ornamental Plants and Flowers in AJ&K during financial year 2026-27. Required items include Gibberellic Acid (GA3) - 102 grams - Murashige & Skoog Basal Medium with Vitamins (MS Media) - 5,800 liters - Gellan Gum, Culture Gel - 07 kilograms - NaOH - 03 kilograms. Rates shall remain effective until 30 June 2027. Detailed specifications and information may be obtained against a non-refundable fee of Rs. 300/- up to 16 September 2026 during office hours. Quotations must be submitted by 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day; quotations may also be sent by registered post. Eligible importers, distributors or authorized representatives must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and comply with the specifications in the tender documents. Suppliers or importers must possess importer licence documents and at least three years of experience supplying chemicals to tissue culture laboratories. A bid security or Call Deposit of Rs. 60000/- in favour of DDO Tissue Culture Laboratory Muzaffarabad must accompany the tender. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under AJK PPRA Rule 36(b) requires separate sealed Technical and Financial Proposal envelopes. An affidavit confirming that the firm or contractor is not blacklisted and is not involved in any dispute is mandatory. The procuring authority may reject any or all tenders under AJK PPRA Rules 2017 Rule 33.
