Appointment Prequalification Advertising Agencies Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of advertising agencies to promote corporate image, products and other advertising needs. Applicants must have a complete advertising setup comprising Client Service, Media, Creative and Art Departments with an in-house production facility and at least ten years of experience in multi-channel marketing for clients. EOI documents containing the scope of work and eligibility criteria are available free of cost. Agencies enlisted or accredited with the Press Information Department, All Pakistan Newspapers Society and Pakistan Broadcasters Association and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR may submit applications or profiles with creative artwork including concepts, copies, sketches, preliminary designs, storyboards and scripts. Evaluation will be conducted under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 through the single stage-one envelope procedure, and selection will follow Advertising Policy guidelines issued by the Press Information Department.
