Turnkey Health Complaint Management System Tender Notice
Description
Turnkey establishment and operationalization of a Health Complaint Management System, including establishment of a Call Center or Command and Control Center, civil and interior allied works, ICT and telephony infrastructure, HCMS software and platform, complaint management workflows, dashboards and analytics, system integrations, cybersecurity, testing and UAT, training, commissioning, staffing and Operations and Maintenance. The procurement is through open competitive bidding under a Two-Stage Bidding Procedure. Stage-I requires Technical Proposals only, including the proposed technical solution, mandatory site visit, site-specific designs and layouts, implementation methodology and proposed or unpriced BOQ. Following Stage-I clarification and finalization of technical requirements and BOQ, qualified bidders will be invited for Stage-II Technical and Financial Bids. Bids are to be submitted through EPADS in accordance with the bidding documents. Bid security is Rs. 4,500,000 and bid validity is 180 days.
