Furniture Supply And Renovation Work On Turnkey Basis Tender Notice
Description
Supply of furniture and execution of renovation work on a turnkey basis under the One-Map and IPAS projects, NDP-06, for the Punjab Information Technology Board. The estimated total cost is PKR 3,500,000, with fixed bid security of PKR 70,000. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents are available free of cost through the PITB website and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Eligible bidders must provide income tax and sales tax registration certificates and all other documents specified in the tender documents. Separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed and stamped and conforming to the bidding documents, must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or bids submitted through an unauthorised mode will not be considered. Bidders are responsible for uploading their submissions before the deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
