Supply Electrical Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of electrical items under TN-755 (EFS # 40967). Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids through EPADS v2.0. The procurement will use Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulations, guidelines and instructions. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security or bid securing declaration specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and submit e-bids through the system; manual submission is not permitted. E-bids are to be submitted by September 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A Grievance Redressal Committee is notified under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bid security is Rs. 60,000 and bid validity is 90 days.
