Description
Framework contract for procurement of stationery, cleaning, kitchen, electrical, civil, general store items, IT equipment and transport items for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with Income Tax and GST departments. Procurement will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Punjab Rule 38(1). Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with bid security of Rs.200,000 submitted digitally through the online payment system; manual CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. The bid will be evaluated on an item-wise basis and the lowest quoted rate for each item will be awarded.
