Rehabilitation Sewerage Line Disposal Station Tender Notice
Description
Provision of sewerage line and upgradation of disposal station in City Donga Bonga, District Bahawalnagar through the District Joint Authority. Procurement is based on approved DNIT item rates and total bid cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category, specification and code. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; physical CDR is not accepted. Rates must be quoted item-wise against each BOQ item with accurate totals. Incomplete, corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected bids are non-responsive. Successful bidder must furnish 10% performance guarantee under PPRA Rule 56.
