Purchase It Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of IT equipment under University Budget 2026-27 on DDP basis through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligible firms, authorized distributors, dealers and suppliers must have established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax as applicable. The procurement comprises four lots with estimated costs of Rs.1,432,900, Rs.5,436,800, Rs.810,800 and Rs.1,224,000. Bid security is 5% of the estimated cost of each lot. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements and specifications are available through the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. In case of an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under the applicable PPRA rules.
