Description

Placement of Fully Automated Chemistry Analyser on reagent rental basis for QAMC, BVH, A&E and SAH Bahawalpur for Financial Year 2026-27 on F.O.R. basis under a framework rate contract. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must not be under disciplinary action, defaulter or blacklisted with the procuring agency or PPRA. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure covering technical and financial bids under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Earnest money is 2% of estimated cost. Bidders are requested to submit their lowest and final price. The procuring agency may reject all bids and may increase or decrease quantities subject to applicable PPRA provisions and availability of funds.
