Framework contract for purchase of chemistry laboratory items on a rental reagent basis for Financial Year 2026-27 at DHQ Hospital Chakwal. The estimated cost is PKR 5,000,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible importers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and suppliers may participate. Bidding shall follow the open competitive single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and hospital website until the closing date. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids close on 7 November 2026, and opening is scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date at the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Chakwal, in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives. Bidders must quote their best and final prices because negotiations are not expected. Applicable taxes shall be deducted under government rules, and NTN and active taxpayer proof must be provided.
