Placement Fully Automated Chemistry Analyser Pervaiz Elahi Tender Notice
Description
Placement of Fully Automated Chemistry Analyser on reagent rental basis for Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology, Bahawalpur for Financial Year 2026-27 on F.O.R. basis under a framework rate contract. Eligible firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must not be under disciplinary action, defaulter or blacklisted with the procuring agency or PPRA. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure covering technical and financial bids under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Earnest money is 2% of estimated cost.
