Procurement Plants Horticulture Zones Framework Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of plants on annual framework contract basis for Horticulture Zones VI, Airport and Ring Road, Lahore, comprising tree plants, shrubs or hedges, ground covers and vines or climbers. The procurement is conducted through open competitive bidding on lot-wise basis under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms and nurseries must be financially sound, have relevant work experience and be registered with applicable tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax where applicable. Bidders must participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened. Items shall be supplied at the Horticulture Agency site as directed within the stipulated purchase-order period. The competent authority may increase or decrease required quantities by 15%.
