Supply Of Tissue Cultured Date Palm Nursery Plants Tender Notice
Description
Supply of tissue-cultured date palm nursery plants and associated equipment for financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes 200 tissue-cultured plants comprising 25 plants each of Mebroom, Qalma, Deglet Noor, Safawi, Khunezi, Burni, Suckri and Zaghlol varieties; 1,320 plants comprising 440 plants each of Ajwa, Barhee and Medjoul varieties; two date fruit dehydrators; one computer with printer; two thermohygro units; and fertilizer. The total estimated budget is Rs. 80.9 million. Bids are invited through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Punjab E-Procurement System. Eligible firms, suppliers and importers must be financially sound, not blacklisted on PPRA, and registered with FBR and the Punjab Sales Tax Department where applicable. Separate technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted in conformity with the tender documents and approved specifications. Quoted unit rates must include applicable taxes and duties, which will be deducted according to government rules. Bid security of 3% is required against the relevant estimated amounts. The purchase committee will open technical bids electronically, and the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
