Supply Of Olive Plants For Livelihood Improvement Project Tender Notice

Orakzai Forest Division invites electronic bids for supply of 9,200 large Arbequina olive plants, each approximately 5 feet tall and supplied in pots, under the project for promotion of olive cultivation in Dara Adam Khel Tribal Subdivision and Kohat District. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 4.6 million and the required bid security is Rs. 92,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope financial procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Only firms registered on EPADS and holding valid PEC registration with code CE-10v, federal seed certification, relevant registrations, current KPPRA enlistment and active taxpayer status are eligible. Joint ventures are not allowed. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 4 November 2026 and will open at 11:30 AM the same day. The original 2% CDR in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Orakzai Forest Division, together with an affidavit, must be submitted in a sealed envelope before closing. Bids 10% to 20% below the estimate require additional security of 8% of the estimate; bids more than 20% below require additional security equal to the differential and detailed rate analysis. Incomplete, late, conditional, manual or mismatched bids will be rejected. Plants may be inspected at the nursery and delivery site, and damaged, substandard or non-conforming plants must be replaced at the supplier’s expense.
