Purchase Computer Stationery Items Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of computer stationery items under a framework contract on lot-wise basis. Eligible bidding firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement follows Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bidding documents in English are available from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must include item names, brand, quality, mode of procurement such as CFR, CPT, DDP or DAP where applicable, and warranty requirements in the technical specifications. Bid security is 2%, amounting to Rs.20,000, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order and may be submitted online through the e-Procurement System. Technical bids will be opened as prescribed.
