Construction of streets and drains in villages Umarpur and Bhind Gran, Tehsil Kharian, District Gujrat. Contractors or firms must be enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 wherever applicable and fulfill the bidding document eligibility requirements. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost through Digital Bank Guarantee or 1 Link payment method, with physical securities not accepted. Successful bidder must furnish 10% performance security through SWIFT MT760.
