Procurement Pol Stationery Printing Repair Transport Building Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of POL charges for planes, helicopters, staff cars and motorcycles including lubricants; stationery charges; printing and publication; other items; repair and transport; and other building items under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible persons, firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized dealers must fulfill the bidding requirements and relevant registration and tax conditions. The procurement uses open competitive bidding on whole basis for each head and follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Prices must include applicable taxes. Bid security is 3% of each head of account separately through online payment or submission via PSID generation, while performance guarantee is 5% of contract amount. Bids are evaluated on whole basis and the contract may be awarded to the single lowest evaluated bidder for each head. Bid validity extends to the closure of the financial year.
