Provision Of Lp Medicines To Patients Through Panel Tender Notice
Description
Provision of LP medicines to patients through panel for financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from registered bidders on the E-Procurement System, including registered sales tax and income tax active taxpayers, and registered manufacturers, importers, distributors or suppliers with relevant registration authorities, DRAP and tax departments or authorities. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders must submit E-Bid Security at 2% of the budget in the prescribed E-Procurement format and an original affidavit on e-stamp papers according to the bidding document template. Bids will be submitted through the E-Procurement System and opened through the same system. Pro Tip: Verify active tax registration, relevant DRAP and registration-authority credentials, and ensure the 2% E-Bid Security and original e-stamp affidavit are prepared in the exact prescribed formats before electronic submission.
