Provision Of Lp Medicines To Patients Through Panel Tender Notice
Description
Provision of LP medicines to patients through panel for financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from registered bidders on the E-Procurement System, including active registered Sales Tax and Income Tax bidders and registered manufacturers, importers, distributors or suppliers with relevant Registration Authorities, DRAP and Tax Departments or Authorities. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. E-Bid Security at 2% of the budget must be submitted in the prescribed E-Procurement format along with an original affidavit on e-stamp papers according to the bidding document template. E-bids will be submitted and opened through the E-Procurement System. Pro Tip: Verify active tax registration and relevant DRAP credentials, and ensure the 2% E-Bid Security and original e-stamp affidavit are prepared exactly in the formats prescribed in the bidding documents.
