Provision Of Support Staff Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of a firm for provision of support staff services comprising drivers, office boys and janitorial staff. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Method under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The initial contract period is one year and may be extended by the competent authority subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent. Bid security of PKR 1,000,000, stated to be within 5% of the estimated price, must be submitted in favor of the procuring entity through ILink or Bank Guarantee options digitally via the generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. No hard copy of bids will be entertained. A pre-bid meeting is provided.
