Toll Collection Rights Mailsi Syphon Barrage Tender Notice
Description
Award of contract for the rights to collect toll tax at Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage for a period of 275 days. The approved second revised reserve price for Financial Year 2026-27 on a 365-day basis is Rs.24,602,216, and earnest money is required in the form of CDR at 5% of the reserve price. Sealed bids must be accompanied by the required earnest money, and every page of the tender documents must be signed with corrections initialled. Conditional bids will not be entertained. Acceptance of the highest bid rests with the competent authority. Toll tax will be levied on vehicles according to the approved Government schedule. The successful bidder must provide a bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount in addition to earnest money and deposit Income Tax at 10% of the bid price along with other applicable taxes. The bid amount is payable in twelve installments with taxes in advance, while all expenses for provision, operation and maintenance of facilities are borne by the lessee.
