Rehabilitation and improvement of the metalled road from Mailsi-Mitroo Road to Basti Malku and Link Basti Sandhal, length 5.10 kilometres, District Vehari, with an estimated cost of PKR 68.526 million, earnest money of PKR 3.426 million, and a completion period of 120 days. The second scheme covers restoration and improvement of the metalled road from Katchi Pacci-Sahuka Road to Khadir Canal via Mouza Magrana, taken length 1.00 kilometre, District Vehari, with an estimated cost of PKR 23.009 million, earnest money of PKR 1.150 million, and a completion period of 120 days. Eligible contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council licences in the relevant categories for financial year 2026-27 and register on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 5% and performance security of 10% of the contract amount must be submitted digitally; physical banking instruments are not accepted. Bidders must quote item rates and totals, and percentage-above-or-below quotations are non-responsive. Responsive bids will be opened on 11 November 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Office of the Commissioner, Multan Division, Multan. Rigid pavement and RCC drain works must use a concrete batching plant and concrete paving machine, while TST, DST, and surfacing must use a mechanized system.
