Three road infrastructure schemes under the Sugarcane Cess Development Programme for 2026-27 in District Rajanpur: reconstruction of the metalled road from Indus Highway N-55, Adda Hameed Wala to Basti Cheena along the Saiban Minor, length 2.27 km in Tehsil Jampur, with an estimated cost of PKR 54.622 million and earnest money of PKR 2,731,100; construction of the metalled road from Basti Wajid Khan Gopang to Basti Habib Gasoora, Said Pur, length 2.07 km, estimated cost PKR 54.614 million and earnest money PKR 2,730,700; and reconstruction or widening of the metalled road from Indus Highway N-55 to Basti Virk Saleem Abad, length 2.17 km in Tehsil Rojhan, estimated cost PKR 54.449 million and earnest money PKR 2,722,100. The completion date stated for all schemes is 2027-06-30. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be paid digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System linked with Bank of Punjab in favour of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division Rajanpur; physical bid securities and banking instruments are not accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter, valid for three months beyond the completion period or extended completion period. Financial proposals must quote item rates, amounts against each item and the grand total; percentage-based quotations above or below approved cost are not accepted. Bids must be submitted electronically, and all required documents must be uploaded. Bids will be retrieved and quoted rates announced before the Tender Opening Committee on 2026-10-30 at 12:00 noon at the Commissioner's office. Fake information or documents may result in disqualification and blacklisting. Recovery against credit of old material will be adjusted during evaluation, and price variation is not admissible.
