Toll Collection Rights At Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage Tender Notice
Description
Award of contract for the rights to collect toll tax at Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage for a period of 275 days. The approved second revised reserve price for Financial Year 2026-27 on a 365-day basis is Rs.24,602,216. Earnest money is required in the form of CDR at 5% of the reserve price. Sealed bids must be accompanied by the required earnest money and bidders must sign every page of the tender documents and initial corrections. Conditional bids will not be entertained. The highest bid is subject to acceptance by the competent authority. Toll tax will be levied on vehicles according to the approved Government schedule. The successful bidder must provide a bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount in addition to earnest money and deposit Income Tax at 10% of the bid price along with other applicable taxes. Bid amount is payable in twelve installments with taxes in advance. Pro Tip: Calculate the financial commitment using the approved reserve price and remember that the successful bidder bears the operating and maintenance expenses without deduction from the bid amount.
