Farmer Training Sitting Refreshment Material Tender Notice
Description
Provision of services for sitting arrangements, refreshment and training material for farmer training during Financial Year 2026-27 under the development scheme CM Punjab Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase I), with an estimated budget of Rs.4.00 million. Refreshment boxes are specified to contain 250gm rice biryani, 1/8th chicken piece, shami, mineral water of 250 ml and disposable packing, for approximately 50 trainings with 40-50 participants per training. Sitting arrangement is required for 50 participants with sound system for 50 trainings. Training material is approximately 2,500 quantities and includes a minimum 20-page writing pad, ball point and file cover. Eligible manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, general order suppliers and service providers with established financial and managerial credentials and income and sales tax registration may participate. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a), with separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security is 5% of the total estimated price through PSID.
